    In-Person Presentation and Poster Details

ST&D 2026 will include both spoken presentations and posters. Details on these presentations will be available here in summer 2026.

    Remote Presentations and Remote Attendance

We intend to support a limited number of remote synchronous talks for presenters who require that format. Presenters of remote spoken presentations will either deliver their talk live via video conferencing or provide a prerecorded video to be played during their session, followed by a live Q&A.

Consistent with previous years, we will hold an asynchronous virtual poster session. Remote presenters will be asked to upload a short elevator pitch video of their presentation prior to the conference. The upload link will be sent directly to presenters via email. All in-person and remote attendees will be able to view these remote presentations.

Remote presenters will also have access to recordings and, if possible, synchronous video conference access to most in-person spoken sessions.

    Meeting Conduct Policy

In order to facilitate a safe environment for all guests, ST&D has adopted a meeting conduct policy. This policy will apply to all attendees.
