FABBS: Federal funding update

http://www.fabbs.org/news/bill-cutting-nsf-sbe-directorate-45-advances-house-floor/   Despite widespread opposition from the science and higher education communities, the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee voted along party lines to favorably report out of Committee the America COMPETES Reauthorization Act of 2015. The bill is designed to reauthorize programs at several of the nation’s science agencies, including the National Science Foundation.
